Brand New to Pilates?
Get started with a level 1 class to learn the basics and build your comfort on the reformer.
Haven’t Practiced in a While?
Even though you may know all the basics, starting at a Level 1 helps you reconnect with your body and perpetuates good habits and will be the perfect foundation to your new pilates journey.
A Pilates Regular?
If you feel confident in your practice, consider trying out our Level 1, Level 2, or Reformer Fit classes. You will need to get instructor approval to do a Master Class.

Absolutely. Our Level 1 classes are designed with beginners in mind. We’ll guide you through the basics and help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in—think leggings, a fitted top, and something you’d feel good stretching in. This helps your instructor see your alignment and offer adjustments if needed.

Just yourself and a positive attitude! We provide all the equipment you’ll need. A water bottle is a good idea, and if you have your own grippy socks, bring those too.

You’ll be welcomed into a small group setting (7 people max), introduced to the Reformer, and guided through foundational Pilates movements. Expect personalized attention, thoughtful instruction, and plenty of encouragement.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around, answer any questions, and make sure you’re set up for class.

You can view our schedule and book directly online. We recommend starting with a Level 1 class and taking advantage of our 3-class New Client Trial.
